Well, I don´t think that you´d feel comfortable taking classes and training in high heels and tight clothes. Besides, Ragga Jam is not supposed to reflect or represent any cultural aspects of the black culture, it is based on the interpretation of a french girl of the jamaican music. And girls - dancers or not - can wear whatever they want.
