@francesco149 he's using his wrist, but the heel of his hand is floating, not resting on the bridge in one spot. if you float your hand like this, even if you use mostly wrist, your forearm moves a bit. when you float your wrist it is less constrained by muscle tension and you fight yourself less. i pick like this when not muting, its easier...
