  • What did you mean by, "I put wax on the draw reed plate." Why and how?

    Thanks:)

  • @BirdOfParadise777 You can put substances on some harps to reduce torsion that causes squealing on some Asian harps. But i really recommend AGAINST putting any foreign substances in there as doesn't work that well anyhow and you'll probably just end up ruining the harp. better to just buy a German made long slot harp like Special 20 or maybe a Suzuki MANJI is one of the best "Asian" harps. Just depends how much OverBlowing and stuff you intend on doing. take care, -$DR$

  • You should re-record this using a better camera:)

  • @BirdOfParadise777 I should do a lot of things. But , thanks very much for watching and the comment.

I actually am not going to use my STUPID Logitech WebCam ANYMORE! Thanks Logitech for SUCKING!!! From now on i'm going to use my older Cannon PowerShot Ssomething. It's obsolete as far as photo taking, BUT the video and sound quality are awesome Unlike this crap LogiTech. Did i forget to mention, Logitech sucks!!!!! -$DR$ thanks again for watching all of you!!!

  • @daddyrichispoor LOL!

    "Logitech sucks!!!!" I totally agree!

I look forward to watching the ones you use the other camera for. I'll be better able to see what you are doing:) I am just learning and "watching your hands and the movement of the harmonica" is what I need more than just "hearing" it well. :)

    Thanks for not "blasting" me:)

  • @BirdOfParadise777 Yeah, i am not going to use any more WEB cams. they just flat out SUCK! i have a Cannon PowerShot i got really cheap years ago online and the video function is AMAZING! if anyone is on a BUDGET for a nice and cheap camera CANNON is the way to go. Even the sound is great and STEREO! -$DR$

  • im so bummed i ordered a special 20 and a case the same time a week ago. the case came but not the harp. im so mad i have to wait another day for

  • @crswlson1 Wow, that sure is some crap. I can't believe how expensive harps have gotten and how with the greater prices the quality decreasing. I heard that they are using a lot of brass to make BULLETS for the unnecessary Wars were are in so the price of brass is up thanks to the USA trying to take over the world. on a lighter note....

  • "Daddy Rich" fits you like a glove. And by "fits you like a glove", I mean it sounds Shit-diculous. You are not a 40 year old plus-sized Louisiana black man to give yourself that name. And no "Daddy Rich" certainly would live in what appears to be a 14-year-old boys' bedroom. And FYI, speaking in what is clearly a terrible attempt at a southern bluesman singers' accent doesnt make you sound more like a "Daddy Rich". Change your name to "Junior Brass" (brass reeds) and drop the accent. Good luck

  • @jblackbath Hey, for one thing I'm not faking any accent. I talk slow and have a very think southern drawl unless i am singing. I was born in the Mississippi Delta and have lived here for 30 years. I didn't name myself $Daddy Rich$. Big Joe Williams and Big Jack Johnson's nephew gave me the name, so if you want it changed, take it up with them. I believe Big Jack has passed on though so it might be trouble to speak with him. That's my name and that's how I speak. Sorry It offends you. Peace

  • You probably should have stopped recording the instant you couldn't find your sign.

Then, get your sign, and start the recording over :-)

  • @tahoemike00

Well the sign is important, BUT the SHOW MUST GO ON!

  • @tahoemike00 I agree but as you said, and Queen said, "The show must go on!" -$DR$

  • @daddyrichispoor Right-o, cheers mate. BTW, how long have you been playing/practicing harp?

  • @tahoemike00 I've been playing oh about 4ish years now. I put in a LOT of practice though. Most folks don't believe me. So poo on them.

Thanks for passing through and keep on Harpin'!!!

  • Question to you- does Hohner marine band special 20 C key is good for beginner who never haven`t played harmonica?

    Thanks!!

  • @Kalnins920

Yes i'd say so. If you are really into blues i'd even suggest maybe starting with an A harp. Although, if you plan on using many instructional CDs books, ect,, they alway use C most of the time. I think you'll be fine with a Special 20 C or A. GOOD LUCK!
