if you haven't played those games thats why they have johto pokemon

One second if this LP was before Crystal and you said in ep.1 of that LP this is the day HG/SS comes out. Did you go into the future download that song put it on a USB then go to the past and plug it in and transfer into your Documents.

@Makotsun3 EVs and IVs. Look them up. (Most likely in this case chuggaaconroy's Mr. Mime has gained enough EVs in Speed that it is faster than Crobat.)
