Hello!! Where is this university? In Indianapolis? I am searching for a place to learn Uyghur or Uzbek (since my friend told me they are very close). I am extremely interested in Uyghur culture and would like to learn the language. I am in the US. Any website online or a language partner? Kop Rehmet!!

hi :) thanks for the reply... umm i have been learning urdu and arabic so certain words are easy for me, plus reading is also not difficult due to the similarities... however pronunciation might be harder hehehehe. where are the most Uyghur ppl in US? in Washington? thanks again!

@marceblumme no it's in bloomington about an hour south of indy. it's a pretty good school and extremely expensive if you don't live in indiana. look up "teklimakan". It's a free textbook pdf that Kansas State professors put together and there are exercises and audio. happy learning!
