Everyone should keep in mind that an individual's audition experience is never the same; even for the same school. I did not have the same negative experience as vidwatch7, and I actually really enjoyed my audition. CCM is a great school and I would be extremely lucky if I could be accepted!!

Let me clarify my comment. I said it was overrated, I did not say it was a bad program. It has a very good program. I have a few issues as follows: They did not provide an accompaniment at their cattle call audition. They spent little time if any talking with the student. Their scholarship offerings are slim to none due to the fact it is a public school. They seem to emphasize dancing more and acting less than other MT programs. They have been know to cut which should never happen .

@barnettk ah okay :) I really want to go to CCM for drama (cross my fingers i get it) so I was kind of worried by your comment :P haha. But I have honestly never seen a show of theirs

CCM is one of the top schools in the world. UC has a lot of highly rated schools.  Vidwatch7 did you get snubbed by CCM or did you know enough not to even bother applying?
