@CSB008 i once was obsessed in finding it too. i did and if i remember correctly the small song at 5:32 was made by a guy named Dan Brown and the song name is either Metal Jeff or Metal Jeff Song. the dude is probably a friend of the band and as you can guess from the song name it was made specifically for the small clip where jeff surfs. the "song" is just as long as the clip of jeff surfing is. thats all there is.
