well in the reboot they go back to the mechanical web shooters which in their defense they said even if he was able to shoot webs organically in a spider they come out of the back end so peter would have to do the same not cool so thats why they went back to the orginal web shooters

The only problem with this documentary on Spiderman is the idea that Peter Parker was genetically engineered to be Spiderman. To say that Parker was Genetically engineered to be Spiderman is also like saying Parker went to the doctors office, was given pictures of creatures he wished incorporate into his genes, and then selected spider to be Spiderman.

To me the most realistic version of spideys web is the ultimate webshooter. His father creates a material that is stronger than steel etc and a casing for it.

So peter uses these notes to make the web shooter. Plus he doesn't have a belt full of cartridges so he has to conserve. Hence the fact we really only see him using it while winging or blinding someone.

@creedjeremy Same method really.... if you've read the novelization for the first film... His appetite increased tremendously. His metabolism therefore is faster than a human's. Could be on par with a fast metabolism as seen in some people.
