I am actually working with my therapist right now. The problem is that we live in a small town and so there are not that many doctors close who have any idea how to treat a trans. In fact, I am my therapist's first trans client. My brother (also FTM) is her second. I cant afford to travel across the mountains to Seattle to get to appts and such, so the footwork is the hardest part here. I am so glad that you and Kitty are making your videos. My wife and I watch whenever a new one comes out.

Is it quite tricky to get started in the US? In BC it seems easy to do- you just have to be OKed by a therapist who writes a your report and sends it off to an Endocrinologist- who writes you up a prescription the first time you see them. As long as you don't need a lot of therapy to determine that it's right- it's fairly quick.

Have you checked out Dr. Hugh McLean? He's in Mississauga Ontario and myself as well as most of the guys I know, have had our surgery with him.
I imagine the travel and cost may be a little more reasonable. He's got several pictures on the website and I'd be willing to send you some personal pics if you wanted to compare as well.
@CrashOfFate11 Yeah I have checked out his work as well as a few others in Canada and I just don't feel right about any of them. Never enough portfolio pictures and to me the nipples seem off or too low in alot of results I have seen... That's why I am going to Garramone even though I'm not exactly thrilled about having to go to through the States to get it done. Thanks for the suggestion though- the cost would probably be cheaper and no risks about ending up needing emergency care or something.

@quepidbaby I just do weight training and pushups at home! I need to get into cardio and lose the hips and chub on my belly... but public gyms are not appealing until breasts come off! ;)
