A friend of mine didn't circumcize her sons as infants, but later on had to because of constant yeast infections. They suffered a lot, and now, having healed from the surgery, they are happy to have it done.

male circumcision can only be compared to female circumcision when we are talking about some less extreme forms of the practice. When most people talk about FGM, they are referring to the most extreme and common version of the practice which is the complete removal of the clitoris, sometimes the labia as well, and sometimes involves sewing the vagina. The thing about penile cancer is that, for an intact male, you pick off the part of the skin that's infected. In a male that isn't protected by proper skin, the tumor will spread like in an internal organ and you end up having to amputate.
Also, if the infant is a "bleeder", one of those 0.4% who's skin do not grow fast enough to stop bleedings, you end up having to amputate to be able to close the wound, due to the density of blood vessels.

you cant avoid it. if you are in the philippines or any country that practices circumcision and you are a nurse you would encounter this.. in a class or assist in a circumcision. i did actually, like last2x week.. 200 kids had circumcision. i needed minor cases so i assisted. its a rite of passage here. other kids would tease kids who are not circumcised. parents would slap their kids if they dont comply. it was a free circumcision organized by the local government.

This isn't my personal experience with men's foreskins. My last bf was pretty much clean all the time, even though he only took like 5-10 minute showers like most men. In my opinion male circumcision is very good in every aspect, but this only refers to the radical male circumcision (low and tight) where entire foreskin (inner and outer foreskin) and frenulum are entirely removed and set suture directly behind penis glans. This circumcision style must be tight so that penis glans is always completely exposed. This circumcision style (low and tight+frenulum removed) in my opinion is by far best male circumcision style particularly concerning look.

It's a deal breaker for me. I only date circumcised. My experience has shown me it's cleaner, no oder, and Much, Much more attractive to be circumcised.

male circumcision can only be compared to female circumcision when we are talking about some less extreme forms of the practice. When most people talk about FGM, they are referring to the most extreme and common version of the practice which is the complete removal of the clitoris, sometimes the labia as well, and sometimes involves sewing the vagina. The frenulum is also partly or completely removed. So like clitorectomy all or nearly all the nerves associated w/normal sex are gone. The glans (remaining) has no fine-touch nerve receptors. That's why so much pressure is required for the cut to have sex. Like clitoris, fine touch sensation destroyed when the foreskin excised.

I offer a new theory: Circumcision increases intelligence by integrating penile glans sensations with early associations of sight, sound, touch, sense of self, thinking, that would otherwise be largely delayed until adolescence. The purpose of the foreskin seems to be to create a separate state of mind in adolescence when the penis is often erected involving an urgency to intercourse. Evolution valued making more babies over intelligence.

The thing about penile cancer is that, for an intact male, you pick off the part of the skin that's infected. In a male that isn't protected by proper skin, the tumor will spread like in an internal organ and you end up having to amputate.
Also, if the infant is a "bleeder", one of those 0.4% who's skin do not grow fast enough to stop bleedings, you end up having to amputate to be able to close the wound, due to the density of blood vessels.

@ImranAli786, as I corrected you on another Youtube video, women DO have that "extra skin"! The female foreskin is the clitoral hood & and inner labia (male and female have homologous parts dummy)! Action of hormones on those tissues ensures they develop a little differently. Inner labia removal is a common female genital mutilation practised in the Middle East, where hygiene benefits are claimed for both MGM and FGM.

you cant avoid it. if you are in the philippines or any country that practices circumcision and you are a nurse you would encounter this.. in a class or assist in a circumcision. i did actually, like last2x week.. 200 kids had circumcision. i needed minor cases so i assisted. its a rite of passage here. other kids would tease kids who are not circumcised. parents would slap their kids if they dont comply. it was a free circumcision organized by the local government.

of course not... but the diff. with male and female circumcision is that with females it is more traumatic. the females are at risk with urogenital disorders- well thats another topic coz female organs are diff than males. we have a smaller urethra. plus if you circumcise females its diff. to do coitus and give birth vaginally. men who are circumcised live normally afterwards.

its much easier to clean a penis that is circumcised. since the secretions does not get stuck and stink beneath the foreskin. in our medical surgical book, brunner and suddarth it said men who are not circumcised are at risk for penile cancer.

Irpv, NO reasonably recent medical textbook says that non-circumcised men are at risk of penile cancer. The non-circumcised penis is EASY to keep clean. Basic body hygiene is required for both cut and uncut men.
Do you recommend that WOMEN have their foreskin (clitoral hood & inner labia) removed for hygiene?! Actually, females are much more prone to urogenital infections than men.
The prepuce is complex, sexually functional tissue. Only remove it with the informed consent of its owner.

This isn't my personal experience with men's foreskins. My last bf was pretty much clean all the time, even though he only took like 5-10 minute showers like most men. In fact, I'm not even sure that he did clean under the foreskin much, but I was always more than willing to put my mouth on it, so go figure. Plus, he smelled good all the time. He was like a walking air freshener.

Well I had coitus with him once or twice but we never really graduated to the level of "having sex" because he broke up with me before we could. I suspect that the sex wouldn't have been much different because we always used condoms. From what I hear, the vagina can only feel the difference during unprotected sex. I certainly liked playing with an uncut dick more though because there's more moving parts to entertain me.

Don't lie but read what the WHO has to say. The World Health Organisation recommends male circumzision for many reasons. By the way, I am circumcised since 5 years and I enjoy sex more than I did ever before with my foreskin.

There's not the slightest evidence that circumcision protects against HIV in any developed nation, and the WHO does NOT recommend a universal programme of male circumcision. The 80% circumcised USA has 3 times the prevalence of HIV as uncircumcised Europe. If you enjoy sex better now, this is likely because you had a foreskin problem that was corrected by circumcision. The foreskin is densely innervated with sensory nerves, especially at its tip. Circumcision reduces a man's sexual potential.

no not really, babies skin is weak and to soft at the time, and with an anesthetic, they wont feel anything, plus it will heal quicker since cant walk as they are new born babies, but an adult after circumcission needs to be careful way they walk.

Babies are MORE sensitive to pain than adults. If you inadvertently spill hot coffee on a tiny baby, he SCREAMS, whereas an adult says "ouch"! and promptly forgets it.

Hey everyone. im 17 years old and im now 3 weeks into being circumcised due to a very tight foreskin. I tried creams and also stretching but these options did not work for me. In my opinion male circumcision is very good in every aspect, but this only refers to the radical male circumcision (low and tight) where entire foreskin (inner and outer foreskin) and frenulum are entirely removed and set suture directly behind penis glans. This circumcision style must be tight so that penis glans is always completely exposed. This circumcision style (low and tight+frenulum removed) in my opinion is by far best male circumcision style particularly concerning look.
