they shoulda have kept it the same generall thing they ruined the narrator graphics and everything god its game remakes like these that make me curl up in a corner and cry like a little girl at night

I liked the new additions of moves and unlockables but adding new characters that just used move sets from previous characters was lame.. I didn't like that.. just keep the originals and add new ones I say.. and the person they replaced Joker with.. Cherry or whatever her.. ITS name is.. bad idea!! =( other then that, I liked it.

@acidglow the unlockables were cool I thought too, but they took out those few good moves, and then some lames ones too yeah. And I yeah, keeping same moves was lame. Pft, yeah, Cherry was a joke for me, I beat her no problem unlike joker, and joker has all that pretty awesome moves. I could have sworn they removed some good ones that joker had. However, one thing that annoyed me more was the character they used for Valerie. Brazilian dancer using her moves? She should use capoeira FTW instead!

They have a new mode where you can win for experience points and you can adjust them to whatever area you want. That's why I'm stronger then normal, I put them towards damage :)

Awesome game that I've always liked, but there are more cheap ways of winning by spamming moves than in most games. While playing with friends, both Saske (spellcheck) and Ziege were banned.

Wow it does sound pretty intense. I think i'll have to get part 2 then, but not until i unlock joker :P however i do prefer the sounds on part 1. The fight against Abdul was just strange because of the weird sounds he makes, but i guess no sequel is ever perfect. Thanks for the info :)

Part 1 has better character textures though. The ones in part 2 are somewhat better and more detailed but some textures look so wierd the way they were created. And the loss of "Joker" in part 2 was devastating. He was a cool boss. However he got replaced by a shemale with the same joker moves... and I just try to avoid matches with.. "it"... uhh... other then that, it's a good sequel.

It's actually better. I loved the first one but part 2 has added more combos, more specials, more secret moves to unlock, more characters. And the new master challenge even lets you customize your characters health and power settings. You earn points now and you can choose to increase your health or get more strength. So 2 players will almost never have the same stats in a vs game. It's a pretty neat feature. If you liked part 1 then I recommend getting this or just renting it.

Get past the looks as it's a really fun game. The graphics got better in some aspects and I like how characters got more combos to unlock in the master challenge mode. I do recommend part 2 to any FD fan.
