(1 because he broke his nose doing a complex dance routine, 1 from the pepsi incident, & the other for whatever reason he wanted to.) And a cleft put into his chin in his early years. That was it. If his cheeks looked sunken in, it was because of dramatic weight loss NOT surgery.
