it's a shootout... it's all about stickhandling and dekes bro... it's not a practice... and NHL players practice some of these moves in practices also... thats why it's called a practice...

dude that is not easy most of you guys dont evern play hockey i bet its one of the roughest and hardest sports ive ever played. i dont know what its calle but its like a ygu spinning lifting the puck nto your stick and spinning it into the net i can only do a yagu but not hat whole thing because can barely ick up the puk since you have to drop down and wind your stick
