Secondly, I'm very happy with Lipo 6. I have a personal trainer at LA Fitness, but I also take Lipo 6 for the extra push. I like the fact that it's a gel cap mainly, but so far it's been working wonders. No side affects for me yet but, its different for everyone.

i use the Lipo6 black and they dont work.
iprefer my old ECA-Y stack!
