when you first make a potion you should get a tooltip for it, you should find out after you drink it and for example the water breathing potion you should find out about it after you discover it allows you to breathe underwater, it would then make sense to add the confusion and blindness as self applicable

@tomek123kotek I think that is how it's going to work. Considering that if you use invedit, the potion you get is random.
