After watching this closely it pretty obvious it was rehearsed. Steven says "I saw your book, Erotica". now Joe"= 3:51 Joe Perry motions to Madonna with his hand to come over. Steven continues about the two fingers to masturbate with, Joe looks at Madonna, Steven walks over to the side waiting for Madonna to respond at 4:01. Madonna finally comes over at 4:07.
