There are homeless in my town that choose to stay away from shelters,will not clean up,get a job. They can use community services they choose,avoiding the ones that force you to get sober,ect. They choose to drink,use drugs,assault each other,hang with thier buddies who do the same. not the best life but at least they don't have to work every day.

Homeless people choose to be homeless because if they did not want to be homeless then they would get a job and earn the money and not spend it on booze.
