Lifehouse requires a lead guitarist to supplement the bands live performance. I think Ben might just have become a permanent band member (hes in the "broken" video), that means he will have creative input in the bands upcoming album next year. Ben Carey is one of the most experienced guitar players out there, and he's been with Lifehouse for almost 4 years.
