  • Hello fiatnutz!

Can you tell me the diameter of the newly drilled shaft breaking on the shoulder (4:19)? Can you tell me the measure in millimeters? Then, I am interested what the length madescrews holding the shoulder? Also, tell me what the quality of steel and hardness. I plan on my Fiat 600 to do everything as you have presented in this clip so I am interested in those details. Thank you :-)

  • GREAT VID.

  • Hi from the netherlands,

Love your fiat 850, I also own a fiat 850 sedan, but it is completely stock. I will keep the engine like it is, but maybe only try to improve the handling.

Do you do your own alignment on the car? if so can you make a tutorial of it like the valve adjustment video? for the alignment, what do you think are the best settings for camber etc.

Thank you and keep up the posting, really love it!

    regards

    Cees

  • Excellent video. We are all standing on the shoulders of a giant!

  • Would a change to full coil over set up not be worth while John?

Looks like it would be such an easy conversion. : D

  • A coil-over setup does have some advantages, but I haven't made one for the Sedan yet - something about not enough time in the day! HA....

  • That is the meanest looking clown car I've seen yet! :) Very cool stuff, as usual, John. Keep um coming!

  • What is the width of the tire that you use? they look too Width for that rims.

  • @petarfico these are 20X8/13 cantilever tyres with an R25B compound - very soft for autocross. These tyres were designed to fit 6" rims.

  • @fiatnutz Here in the Croatia( Europe) racing drivers use Yokohama 175/55 / 13 and the mixture is medium, soft or supersoft..it is a very small tyre an car have good response

  • John, do you recommend using a COBALT type drill set for general automotive use. Benefits?

    Luv your vids thanks

    Ferd

  • @gst69man Cobalt drill are great if you are doing production work, or if you can afford them for everyday use. I tend to buy USA drills because I've had too many Chinese drill break or burn out.

  • John.. you are one smart mofo... Dam I wish I had the patience and knowledge that you possess! The tools would be a nice perk!! lol

  • Cool !

    that's great.

  • When will you make clip of fiat's engine???

  • @Luka464 Check back in my other vids, there are several.

  • Don't imagine that can be done to an upper control arm...
