I respect Ralph Nader, a man who truly cares. What a pity that the media says he can't win, therefore the people don't think he can win, so they don't vote for him. It all starts with the media. If they said he was able to win, and focused on him more, he could win...what a shame. I hope he does win however...

How Dare Tim Russert say he can't win. He's trying to manipulate the people who watch Meet the Press. Argh, it's like Meet the Pests. Yes! This is very good. We need more diverse candidates. Forget Republican and Democrat. They are both the same. Many times they go to the same schools and are secretly great friends. I am a Ron Paul supporter who welcomes Ralph Nader in the race. We need real change and I refuse to continue to vote Democrat year after year and get the same results. Even with Nader in the race, and the left divided between Obamaites and Naderites, McCain still won't be able to win. Even under these circumstances, Ron Paul is the only Republican who might have had a fighting chance. His party passed up a huge opportunity by opting for a pro-war candidate.

Maybe Nader's entry will encourage RP to get on a third party ticket and make this a four-way race. In that case, we would get that Nader-Paul debate we've all been waiting for.

Ron Paul probably won't run 3rd party. He's gonna keep on doin his thing in Congress. I think the way it works is that if he runs for a 3rd party, it automatically forfeits his seat in Congress.

but yea, Ron Paul, Ralph Nader, Mike Gravel, Dennis Kucinich are all good (Paul being my favorite). I'd love for them to form a team somehow or at least be involved in a debate on TV cus it would be just debating without smearing and would probably have the most honest content of any debate thus far.

Too bad, because in my book, he stands in a league of his own. The others you list are at least sincere, which is more than can be said of the "Big 3." They're also right about foreign intervention.

But they tend to be the kind of people that RP sometimes talks about-those who believe in personal liberty but not economic liberty.

I appreciate Paul because he believes in both, and consistently.

Thats what i like about Nader, he's more of a leader type than Kucinnich and Ron Paul. He knows hows to deliver, in those key moments. He might not have those fake inspiring words like Obama, or a war record like McCain, but he's the type to get some shit done in congress.

Ron Paul or Kucinnich would make great vice presidents though. Hmm, i wonder how America would be if that scenario ever happened.,..

Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinnich would be a better pair. It would show that our issues are NOT defined by either Republican or Democrat. A Ron Paul Dennis Kucinnich ticket would bring the voice of the people together. Ralph could find a great place as a part of their cabinet.
