hello beyourownit, i think my spyware problem is very bad and i cannot delete it with my anti spyware software. I have AVG Free 8.5 and Ad-Aware SE Profesional but they do not detect the virus so i have disabled it in the start up thing but it hasnt gone and it disables my internet and i have run scans and everything but i canot delete it. Plus when i enable it, it just stops all my programs from starting up. Safe mode looks like its going to screw up my pc so can you please help me with myprob?

Okay..I finally got rid of this putrid thing. Followed all the instructions here but ad aware did not remove it all..some but not all. It did enable me to remove enough of the virus so I could run malwarebytes. i had installed in a few days ago but spyware stopped it from running. Anway ran ad aware twice then ran malwarebytes 3 times, till it finally showed no virus remaining. Had to rename malwarebytes to get around the virus. Do your research and you should be able to get rid of it.
