actually i do the rollbacks a bit different, I turn the bars the direction i want to slide while leaning to the other side so i keep balance and when im about half way through i push on the pedals and kinda hop the rest of the way. Just thought i'd share

its easier off the wall but dont turn the wheel the same way he does. if ur rolling to the right, turn the wheel to the left and have the front wheel rollign backwards for as long as u can then once ur about 90-100 degrees turned kind of pick up the front end turn it in that same direction and ride away
