It was released only as a single, which is now rare and, if you can find a copy, usually very expensive. I have it on cassette. This Eurovision live version is probable even better.

Sorry, posted that before I read Geordie's comment. I've never heard of the album Merciful Waters, and have been unable to find it online: even Wikipedia evidently has no mention of it.

It was a single only, never on an album as SnowSunbather stated. I have the single and yes it is very rare, very hard to find. I am confussed by geordie35 comment.. "Merciful Waters" was never a Morten Harket song or album that I am aware of. If I am wrong I apologize. But, I have Merciful Waters & Morten sang on that beautiful song, but the song belongs to Jan Bang another Norwegian. Morten sang on a couple of Bang's songs. By the way, Morten's song won on the Eurovision show & he was the host.
