Just so everyone knows, since so many comments are praising Rockstar for their amazing games, and how well they've done on this game thus far, the developer is not Rockstar, Rockstar is the publisher.

The actual developer of the game is Team Bondi, an Australian game developer, however, I do agree, it looks like they've done a great job and I'll definitely be picking up this game.

Thumbs up so more people know this and can give their praises to the correct developer.

I believe Rockstar like many other gaming companies are using technology that is called Image Matrix.

They are using a motion capture studio called Motion Scan which was created by Australian company Depth Analysis. It is was the first studio of its kind to capture in 3D with colour, motion and sound what the actors are doing on the studio stage. It uses 32 cameras and picks up everything to the point that everything the actor does is rendered in the game, nothing is lost.

This game looks absolutely outstanding !!! Reminiscent of the L.A. quartet series of novels (of which the Black Dhalia and L.A. Confidential were made into films.) James Ellroy would be proud. On another note, It's going to be great to play as the feds for once in a game, very rare does this happen without some level of utter rediculousness ( True Crime)
