I reject this man outright. An allopath lecturing on naturopathy is like the Pope lecturing on Jesus Christ. The cells constantly regenerate and no one in adulthood retains any of the cells they had as teens. Every seven years the body replaced EVERY cell!
For those of you who don't like your veggies- I did not like vegetables either when I began the Fuhrman plan. Eventually, though, I developed a taste for many vegetables which I used to never be able to eat at all- including collard greens, brussel sprouts, and kale. Once your body detoxifies, you will begin to enjoy high nutrient foods.
If you do not like eating vegetables then make a green smoothie which is a combination of fruits and vegetables. The fruit makes it sweet and overpowers the taste of the vegetables. There are many recipes online.
@rethinkOURreality I too don't like many green stuff, especially raw. The reason might be I haven't eaten a lot of them before, so I'm not used to their taste. I try to do it in small amount now. If it doesn't go, I wait and do it again. I try new recipes to eat them with something else, or add them into a smoothie of something I like better.
Look up recipes online i know for a fact that there are at least a few hundred vegetable soup recipes online. Or try gypsy soup. I could list about 20 of of my head but i don't have time sorry.

i have to eat more raw vegetables :)
i love this videos. over an over they show that a vegan mostly raw diet is the best thing your body can get.
