  • i think that there are two great choices for v.p. my first choice would be scott matheson of utah. in a region that is leaning obama he would make an excellent choice. my second would be gene taylor of mississippi. it is a region leaning democratic, not necessarily obama. taylor could help gain some southern white vote.

  • If Obama chooses Clinton as running mate, and if she then goes out of her way to make an embarrassing remarks, what can Obama do?

"I do not agree but I understand, but I cannot disown her"?

    "I am leaving her church"?

    No!

Once moored to Clinton as running mate, Obama cannot "leave" her the way he left his church.

    Leave her now or never.

  • Would be silly of Obama to walk around with a lady with long knives in her pants - not just this year but for the next four years!

  • maybe its Michelle obama!!!!

  • john edwards is the best choice!!!!

  • KATHLEEN SEBELIUS is a good choice

  • I like Wesley Clark for Obama's running mate. I think the VP slot has to be someone who will help the ticket, balance it. Hillary only skews his electability in the wrong direction.

  • It would give Obama more clout military defense wise, Wesly Clark would bring life experience and blow McCaim away in the arguement of who could better manage iraq and fight terrorism.

  • I doubt Hillary wants to be Obama's VP. She'll probably run in 2012 or be the 2012's running mate.

Adding her to Obama's ticet won't make a difference. People from FL, WV, and OH won't vote for Obama even if Hillary is in the #2 spot.

Sebelus is a waste of a choice - she endorsed Obama but he is losing there by like 20 points in polls vs McCain. The popular vote in a general election looks good for Obama, but the elecotral math does not.

  • I hope and pray that Senator Obama has the good sense and judgement not to select her as is VP. She would do her best to undermind him or worst. I think Senator Joe Biden would be the best choice. They seem to have the same cool and calm disposition and getting to business mindset!

  • She carries a lot more negatives after this campaign. No way. McCain is struggling. Why give the republicans more amunition?

  • Jim Webb for VP!

  • Hillary would be a toxic addition. Hillary is an idiot, threatening her own party. You think she had nothing to do with the legal case.
