  • I always go by smell with dairy. Since heavy cream is thick, it can form lumps sometimes.

You know you got 1, or had one. 1 do not use lumpy creme 2 Do not reheat your custard mixture as you will be doing that in the oven 3 don't invite us over if your house is dirty 4 do not eat creme brulee from this guy or even a ham samich unless you can verify that his house is clean. by the way do wash your hand before you start as this guy did not. but over all I like the video would have a beer with this guy. LAte

  • nice.i bake a lot myself, so i reccomend when you do this u pre-measure all the ingredients and clean up as you go along[like after using the cream, put it in the fridge, the sugar in the pantry, egg box in fridge, vanilla in cabinet,etc.]that way, when the food is cooking u have less to clean. try 2 find a

    bigger area, if possible. but anyways, good recipe.
