I met my best friend when we were both 6 years old. I knew he was gay since the day I met him, and I didn't care, I just knew he was a good person and that I love him like a brother. It breaks my heart whenever I hear stories about the put downs he receives from his family members for not only being gay, but just being passionate for the things he loves and being himself. I was born with a strong desire for money and power. Something I've battled with my whole life. I choose to not succumb to those tendencies because I know they lead to destruction. Almost every species of animal on this planet that has ever been studied has shown instances of gay sex between two male members. There are many STD's transferable through straight sex too, but I assume that this alone does not make straight sex immoral.

But even with that said some animals will usually only result to acts of homosexuality when there is some sort of sexual depravity involved. Yes I know STD's are transferable through heterosexual sex too but once again this is usually from some immorality such as promiscuity.

An older man having sex with an underage girl is immoral because it does deep and lasting psychological harm to the girl. Sex between two consenting males (whether it be oral or anal) is not immoral because it does no direct harm to either of them. Yes, there is the possibility of contracting HIV through anal sex, but getting tested will diminish these chances.

An older man having sex with an underage girl is immoral because it does deep and lasting psychological harm to the girl. Sex between two consenting males (whether it be oral or anal) is not immoral because it does no direct harm to either of them. Yes, there is the possibility of contracting HIV through anal sex, but getting tested will diminish these chances.

It took a security guard at a gay club my straight friends took me to to dispel all the mythos and lies and help me come to terms with my own true self.

Lol, gay is the same is cheating on a spouse.. You might "Feel like it" but that doesn't make it RIGHT. Feeling sinful urges is NOT a sin. Indulging them and acting on them IS a sin according to the Bible. Most Christians don't believe in all this "gay is a sickness" thing you talk about. I am a Christian and I believe that gay is just like any other sin: it's a temptation for some and not for others, but acting it out or justifying it is the sin.

Gay people are also helping to reduce the number of orphans in the world. first of all understand that ...marriage is not a right...it is a privilege...and as much as i dont want to bring religion into this convo because i like speaking from a common view...however this is a religious ceremony...in which the main premise is that not only is the couple going to be loyal but they will hopefully produce with this person. we all know that homosexuality is a blatant contradiction to religious beliefs why then would they allow it in a RELIGIOUS ceremony.
