Thanks for asking. I was glad to do it in the past when first starting my channel.

Notating tabs takes quite a bit of time. But mainly, after sending them, I rarely got even a word of thanks. In short, people took them for granted. I do notate them still, but they are just for my library's sake.

Almost. Everything is tuned down a half step. Also, the A string is tuned down to G, or technically G flat.

Because all strings are tuned down a half step, the A string is now an A flat.

When you drop that string down a whole step from that pitch it becomes a G flat.

If you kept everything in concert pitch, then the pitch would be a G. Hope this helps.

They are awesome! It's ironic that I dont have the Taylors any longer, which is what my channel was named after. I named it after their Koa model I had, the K14ce. Breedloves are fabulous guitars as welll. To show how it comes full circle, I bought one from a guy selling them out of his house. He was wanting to open up a guitar shop as a cool side job. It turns out, I ended up getting the Charis from him as well. It turns out the shop I purchased it from was his!

Its an open tuning, but nothing crazy. The only string you change is the A string, which is lowered to a G. Im still working on the transcription, they just are a bit tedious to do.
