yer well originally they oput the left lip up because in gallipoli they were given english hats and they didnt want to look english cause they wern't so they put the left lip up the problem was the english didnt know and when they saw them they open fire on a group and blew there brains out the fuckers.

its was considered a good idea because your rifle can go there without any problems. used in every war nw

STG44 is not in the movie. It was used for training in the boot camp.

Yes what on earth is the Stg44 doing there? Wasn't it issued to *Hitler's* best towards the end of WW2!! Our boys used the Lewis Gun on the Western Front in WW1 and the Hotchkiss in Palestine in support roles, and the Vickers as the medium MG. Major, major f%ck up seeing this film is set in WW1.
