But there are people who spam and Sagats are so far the ones I've seen do it more than any other character.

Guile is so fucking annoying . I hate fighting him on SSFIV. All the dudes that play with him are a bunch of spammer. There's only one way to beat him which is let him do all the attacking. Eventually the spammer will run out of patience when all you do is defend he will try to work his way in so when he does that, you punish the fuck out of him with a shoryuken. No matter what you do please Do not Jump coz then he will kick the fuck out of you with his kick.
