i ran MW2 on a Sempron 3000+ 2 gb ram and a nvidia 6600 at 30 fps 1024 x 768 all efects disabled and the texture at max.

My Question is ...can i run BO at the same settings ?

@Dafaernir Unlikely, Black Ops is CPU heavy since it's poorly optimised. It doesn't make use of the GPU very well at all which is why people are having trouble with it. Your PC seems to be really low spec and if you're barely running MW2, i'd say save your money until you upgrade or buy another game :)

Wouldnt it be awesome if Treyarch released a game ONLY for CoD Zombies? it could have its own storyline campaign and everything. Maybe even some modes where more than 4 people can play together. If you support this or agree with this and think it should be a game, copy and paste this to every zombies video and thumbs it up. Treyarch DOES look at youtube and its comments when they work on the games. Lets make this a real game!

ok, I STILL have problems with the pc version... here are my problems: EVERY time I start BO it takes about 3-5 MINUTES before I get to the game menu. So then I start playing and 50% of the times connecting to a server doesn't work. But when it does work, after about 10 minutes (usually) the screen freezes and I have to restart BO. If anyone could help i'd really appreciate.

uhm on that guide to improve black ops whatever.. it says "set maxpackets" value to 100? what's that supposed to mean? value? I don't get it

@WheresMySpaceButton you need to open the file then do a ctrl+f search on "maxpackets" then change the number just after that to 100. i found the default to be 30 - you need to increase it.

I can't see any difference between black ops and MW:2 from the gameplay I've seen from you, other than maps I guess, and from forums I heard black ops was buggy as hell for a lot of people. Hypothetically speaking, because I don't own MW:2, why should I stop playing MW:2 and go buy black ops?

I strongly suggest doing headquarters, as it gives 50xp every 10 or so seconds if your team has the hq. Just prestiged today and got from 1-17 in 1 and a half hours.
