Since the Earth cools herself via venting through volcanos, wouldn't it make sense that since the gult oil spill more of her cooling apparatuses have be clogged with oil (BP)? It could be setting off a chain reaction that making the newest plumes burst in the air with a vengence. If something is clogged for so long, it will blow its top. Man is so arrogantly destructive. I'm glad they can't stop the Earth Mother from sinking their asses.

2 of the plume locations mentioned are next to highways that are heavily trafficked. The 15 freeway is constantly full of folks coming and going from Vegas. Its also extremely dry in Nevada right now, so anything coming out of a hill top would be noticed by many many people.
on my flight from las vegas to seattle i looked down and saw a lot of steam in the northwest nevada area. it was crazy initially i thought it was a huge wildfire and then i watched this and it all made sense.

Iv'e been watching Nextad Radar around the relative area and there is a hot spot I am trying to figure out located North of California City just on the West side of the Mountain range. It is about 4 miles or more long, running N/S and has persisted now for over 10 hours non stop. Radar color is red/yellow. When I first spotted it this morning I just thought it was a curious static monsoon. Google Earth zoom up I see no man made structures, no lava fields. There might be a land fill nearby.

It might be well to remember also that many of those volcanoes and lava fields did not start out that way. New volcanoes and lava fields can come up where there is no existing volcanic topography. That is why we see so many cinder cones and lava fields overlaying alluvial, sedimentary, and other non-volcanic deposits. So it is highly possible that new eruptions and flows will come up where none currently exists. This means we should not be looking for activity only in existing volcanic fields.

Is it a geologists job to only look at weather radar alone and call it doing serious geology? Where is the boots on the ground fieldwork? Where are the close up videos of the alleged events? A radar return is not definitive evidence. It should just be the beginning of honest investigation. Extraordinary claims demand extraordinary proof.
I don't doubt that some pretty crazy things are happening and are possible in this day and age. But we need to be more careful to check our assumptions and dig deeper to verify. Any good journalist knows it is good and ethical practice to check and verify sources at least three different ways before drawing such definitive conclusions.

When warm moist air is forced upward over a peak, it is cooled beyond the point of saturation and shows up on radar. Saturation occurs faster at lower temperatures (at the point where the dew point and temperature are the same). I don't know if that's what we are seeing here, but it is offered as an alternative theory.

Keep in mind that plumes often don't issue out of the top of the 'cone'. Volcano's will have lava tubes all around them which are capable of venting gasses, some at much lower elevations and some distance from the primary 'cone'.

USGS has lots of test wells in the Long Valley Caldera region where they measure the levels of radon gas in the water. There is a strong correlation between rapid increases in radon gas in ground water and volcanic activity. Would be interesting to check the radon measurements. Radon gas is brought up by magma moving toward the surface and released into surrounding rock, where it finds its way into the water table, hot springs, and steam vents..
The "plume" in the Mammoth Lakes area is shown to be originating in the "resurgent dome" within the Long Valley Caldera. Lots of hot springs in that area. There is a geothermal plant nearby at Casa Diablo.
So with all this massive activity, and 30+ million people living in California, why can't we get some video confirmation? Why can't someone find the points of origin and take some photos and some samples?

on my flight from las vegas to seattle i looked down and saw a lot of steam in the northwest nevada area. it was crazy initially i thought it was a huge wildfire and then i watched this and it all made sense.

Went to USGS and checked area clustered earth quakes all thru the area , the San Andreas is active all the way across the area. Chance favors a well prepared mind. Stop-look - listen , measure twice and cut once

have you ever seen a time lapse video of clouds as they move over the tops of mountains and they form right there at the top of the mountain and continue to form and move off in the wind direction which makes the top of the mountain look like it was venting plumes of smoke? Dont you think with the weather in that area that possibly it could be something llike this that is showing up on radar? I just watched the new video you posted of actual footage of steam rising from a Californian volcano. And you're right, this year has ALREADY been one of the most active for earthquakes worldwide and it's only August.
Put those two things together and it adds up to: Uh-oh.
Even though this COULD be something innocous, I sure know I wouldn't bet my life on it. I would definitely advise everyone to GTFO of California and Nevada.

I live just north of the all the plumes and have recently have had a "hazy" California view everywhere. Usually it is crystal clear skies barring cloud cover, like you said there have been no reports of fires. There have also been "fires" in or around known 'hot springs" in the Reno area in the last couple of days. Not to mention the fact I told you all major arteries over the Sierra's will be
"under construction" from Sept 28th-31st.

Iv'e been watching Nextad Radar around the relative area and there is a hot spot I am trying to figure out located North of California City just on the West side of the Mountain range. It is about 4 miles or more long, running N/S and has persisted now for over 10 hours non stop. Radar color is red/yellow. When I first spotted it this morning I just thought it was a curious static monsoon. Google Earth zoom up I see no man made structures, no lava fields. There might be a land fill nearby.

It might be well to remember also that many of those volcanoes and lava fields did not start out that way. New volcanoes and lava fields can come up where there is no existing volcanic topography. That is why we see so many cinder cones and lava fields overlaying alluvial, sedimentary, and other non-volcanic deposits. So it is highly possible that new eruptions and flows will come up where none currently exists. This means we should not be looking for activity only in existing volcanic fields.

All I see Dutch doing is looking at weather radar and making sweeping assumptions and interpretations from that data alone. Is it a geologists job to only look at weather radar alone and call it doing serious geology? Where is the boots on the ground fieldwork? Where are the close up videos of the alleged events? A radar return is not definitive evidence. It should just be the beginning of honest investigation. Extraordinary claims demand extraordinary proof.
I don't doubt that some pretty crazy things are happening and are possible in this day and age. But we need to be more careful to check our assumptions and dig deeper to verify. Any good journalist knows it is good and ethical practice to check and verify sources at least three different ways before drawing such definitive conclusions.

When warm moist air is forced upward over a peak, it is cooled beyond the point of saturation and shows up on radar. Saturation occurs faster at lower temperatures (at the point where the dew point and temperature are the same). I don't know if that's what we are seeing here, but it is offered as an alternative theory.

Keep in mind that plumes often don't issue out of the top of the 'cone'. Volcano's will have lava tubes all around them which are capable of venting gasses, some at much lower elevations and some distance from the primary 'cone'.

If you want to know the "why" of all the new volcanic activity, then see what I just posted on what is coming in the next 16 days. It coincides exactly with all this vulcanism. If I have predicted correctly...it will get much worse. The torque on the Earth's crust is going to get real hairy in the coming days ahead.

USGS has lots of test wells in the Long Valley Caldera region where they measure the levels of radon gas in the water. There is a strong correlation between rapid increases in radon gas in ground water and volcanic activity. Would be interesting to check the radon measurements. Radon gas is brought up by magma moving toward the surface and released into surrounding rock, where it finds its way into the water table, hot springs, and steam vents..

The "plume" in the Mammoth Lakes area is shown to be originating in the "resurgent dome" within the Long Valley Caldera. Lots of hot springs in that area. There is a geothermal plant nearby at Casa Diablo.

@MrAnomilus Also, I watched some of dutch's vids in the past on the HAARP rays, and I am noticing the same "rays" in this screencap but he doesn't mention them - without sounding disrespectful I really think he's drawing very bad conclusions based on limited data. He says things like "theres no way you can deny it" by looking at a radar - after the haarp vid I spent a week researching how radar works, and those lines skewing across the screen have absolutely nothing to do with haarp
