@cookiesfishin ok, I take your word, normally seatrout over here (uk) have darker spots - but your trout looks like what I would say is typical brook trouts marks. Maybe this is typical to this river but congrats all the same. It's always a joy nomatter.
Here we sometimes call them sea trout, but it is a sea run brook trout...sorry

Don't drag trout on rocks..takes their slime off then he get open to infections like whirling dis.
