Saw Todd in Nashville last night (2-20-2010). He told this story & it was hilarious. The girl on the swing was wearing a .38 Special t-shirt in last night's version. He then said her boyfriend who was there to defend her also had a .38 Special t-shirt. Same band, different tour. Classic delivery by TS.

Exactly. Todd Snider does do stories...if you're lucky. I've not been so lucky to hear one at the shows I've been to. I have, however, been fortunate to see him a few times. I think that while his stories can be hilarious, his music is what I want. The stories in the songs outweigh this by a bunch. It's all good.
