Ribose is not a part of DNA. HUGE mistake. The sugar is deoxyribose, hence the "D" in DNA.

@josueetcom Does ligase bond both the lagging strand nucleotides to each other, as well as the leading strand binding the new DNA to each other? Basically, is there another enzyme that bonds the leading strands new nucleotides to each other?

Beware that DNA does comprise Desoxyribose, not Ribose, which is part of the RNA strands!
