People.. This is done in Simcity 3000 ;).

This has nothing to do with Sims. In Simcity 3000 you can adjust the landscapes and roads and place buildings like the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty.

@Jamie6737 thats time consuming alright, but I have to say its looking great so far. Aside from a few missing Landmarks like Central Station and the United Nations Secretery bulidings, the quality of this CAW is top notch.

@ashantilynn There are many worlds of NYC, god knows why but theres a few already out. Ppl are best making other cities not the same one over and over

@browser067 most people who make big worlds don't take the game engine into consideration, so you will end up with lags/freezing. this is what makes most large worlds unplayable. so this is why there never get released.

@browser067 its very hard to replicate a city for this game, do you really think if you made chicago for the sims, people would be able to recognise it and tell you what city it is? No there would not, You say the NYC beta 3 is the best NYC but yet i fail to see what is so good about it. Its totaly unrealistic, in fact its one of the most unrealistic worlds ever made, its just plain ugly.

This world on the video has class and style, you should recognise that.

@Jamie6737 If its hard to replicate then why bother doing it in the first place. I said the beta is the best i seen so far, i dont see this one on the vid available, do you? Once it is and able to play it wiv little lag, i may think otherwise. Til then yes it is.

@browser067 You have in a sense just answered your own question. Like you said why bother with the challenge if its simply to hard to achieve? Maybe thats why most people don't do it. And you dont need to play this world on your PC to compare it to beta 3, not when you can see the whole city on the video. I can tell you that the maker of beta 3 has evan admitted that my worlds are for for superior to anything he has created, you can go and read his commment if you don't believe me.
