@rainasingleton Thank you, I used lock loops. I have a video to show what my hair looks like right after I take them out. I actually do for another to show the steps that I take to roll them up now that my hair has gotten a little bit longer.

just use john fireda full repair shampoo and conditioner. It doesnt wash out your color or anything it just strengthens it

@missfab98 Just make sure that when you do you put tons on conditioner on your hair. If you have locks, and your locs are younger then a year try and hold off. I had to learn the hard way. Coloring them too soon will cause them to bunch at the ends.

@starstar123star Oh wow, Im sorry to hear that. How long did you leave the color in your hair? The first time you start coloring your hair its never the same color as it is on the box. It gets lighter over time if you choose to keep coloring but since you had some breakage Im sure your not willing to try that again.

I go through the same thing every 6 months. My hair is naturally light, similiar to yours, but it gets lightened by the sun during the summer. Can't wait to see the results! Take care!
