Yes much respect to Reke' but if Brandon was playing anywhere but Milwaukee (my city!) he would have won ROY hands down. Reke was supposed to come out the way he did having a very solid year (on a losing team). Brandon came out with a chip on his shoulder and outplayed his biggest critics. He showed what he was made of winning game 6 on the road vs Hawks in playoffs giving us a 3-2 lead only to falter in next 2 to lose the series. BJ3 is more true at the 1. Reke will at some point be at the 2.

Winning the ROTY award would be nice but it doesn't mean anything in the end. The truth is the Kings are jelling as a team right now with TE as the leader. They are challenging solid teams and playing hard. The wins to come are more important and TE's growth as a player too. His upside is huge, bigger in light of the team building up around him. Knowing what the NBA sees now, who would not draft him #1?

I've seen Tyreke try and blow his way through defenders when his teammates were wide open under the basket, but just a few times.

I don't think he's selfish overall. He shoots 47% and can effectively take the ball to rim. It helps his teammates a lot when the defense focuses on him and leaves 2 or 3 Kings wide open. He usually kicks it out when there's too many people guarding him.
