Same reason an entire chorus was borrowed from his Breaking Pangaea days for a TBS song, and a guitar lick from a TBS song is on a Terrible Things song.

For me, It's just important to me that there never has been a BAD taking back sunday album - say what you want about how mainstream they've got in later years but they've still got amazing songs. Whether you like John for the raw emotion, Fred for how slick and perhaps more professional or Matt Fazzi for how progressive and how much he is pushing their sound to be better and more imaginative - they are all amazing musicians and brilliant and average songs on all albums.

Nothing you said had any sense to it. Fred never tried taking control of the band, he could sing and they duel sung. I'm sure if the band didn't like it they wouldn't of let it happen. Also, Adam is a good singer, but obviously Fred was the better singer. And his role was guitar/vocals so I'm sure he knew it pretty well. And I'm positive he wouldn't of stayed in the band as long as he did if he didn't enjoy it.

It really says something when a band can lose a stellar musician like John Nolan and still make great music.
