Jesus this is horrible. Use nail glue and glue a tiny bead to your face and it would look better than this. Hell, get a damn captive bead ring and slip it on your lip. Did that for years before I got mine pierced. And no, the piercing DOESN'T hurt that bad. feels like you bit your lip pretty bad and then it's just bruised for a week. WOO. HOO. Grow up.
