You won't get rid of your love handles by just doing this. Love handles = fat. The ONLY thing that will help you get rid of fat is cardiovascular training and healthy food. Don't starve yourself, you can eat until you're full IF you just eat healthy food. It's the only thing that really works. Don't believe those "AbKing" commercials. They do NOT burn fat. Cardio and healthy food is the only way to go.

@stucky for your information, Ive taken 3 months off work to get lean &ripped. My programme is organised by an ex military PT instructor and it works out around 17 hours per week over 5 days everyday intensive. So I am actually doing something and not sitting on a couch shouting at youtube vids. I do an hour and a half weights in the gym, swim 2.5 miles and do a class or aerobics or bodysculpt. I was only 93 kilos to start with. I now weigh in at 81 kilos thats 12 kilos lost in 3 weeks.

i am no expert but.... maybe you need to focus on going up far enough to stress your abs, and not base your effectivness of your work out off of how far you can get your head up
Clinch one of your fist and put it under your neck. You shouldn't be moving your neck with one of your fist under it. Inhale and cruch while looking toward the ceiling. You can also use a roll-up towel or even a pillow under your neck. Whatever suits you and make your neck comfortable.

@simzter123abc it's because you're forcing the push upwards with your neck. You should focus totally on using your abdominal muscles. Just look at them, make your brain focus on those muscles, do it slowly, lift yourself up slowly using your abs only. As with ANY exercise your form is the most important thing.

wake up.. since when did something that worked for one person work for everyone? If you really are slim then almost anything you do intense enough that has to do with any ab exercise should give you noticeable results at the end of 1 week. Everything worked for me.. granted I'm only 19. but I went through all my sports without abs and always complaining about it.. Finally manned up.. quit making excuses.. and in 3 weeks had a full 6 pack and and pecs by doing things like this.

@simzter123abc this is because before your body can actually work your muscles that your trying to work, your body must work out your neck before it can work out that body part, for the fact that the neck is one of the muscles that you work out with that body part even tho your not trying to work out your neck.Make sense?

@simzter123abc it's because you're forcing the push upwards with your neck. You should focus totally on using your abdominal muscles. Just look at them, make your brain focus on those muscles, do it slowly, lift yourself up slowly using your abs only. As with ANY exercise your form is the most important thing.

wake up.. since when did something that worked for one person work for everyone? If you really are slim then almost anything you do intense enough that has to do with any ab exercise should give you noticeable results at the end of 1 week. Everything worked for me.. granted I'm only 19. but I went through all my sports without abs and always complaining about it.. Finally manned up.. quit making excuses.. and in 3 weeks had a full 6 pack and and pecs by doing things like this.
