Wanted to say thanx for the video. Looked at quite a few and yours was the most useful. Just would like to add a few things that other might find useful. On my '03 ranger 2.3 the shrader valve is hard to get at so I took out the fuel pump fuse,took of the gas cap and turn over a few time.Also two of the smaller lines 1 front 1 back have orange bands not clips. You have to squeeze at two lobes at about 4 & 8 on collar and turn counter clockwise to release.Had to use tool on lrg line green band
Well that is the only way I know how to get the connector off without breaking or cutting off the connector,and using that tool just makes it that much easier.If any one knows another way to get the one connector off with out the little tool leave it in a comment. The way I released the fuel pressure was threw the shrader valve on the fuel rail under the hood.
I've been told that little tool isn,t needed, is that true? Also, did you release the pressure in the fuel system before you removed the fuel lines? BTW, I have the same truck, flex fuel though,

Why did you pull the clips out? Everyone says to pull them out, but all you have to do is squeeze them in and the fuel line releases from the filter.

@insurit Does your flex fuel filter have one inlet or two like the one in the video? Mogman, thanks for putting this up. I have an 03 Edge 3.0L
