  • thank you for your help guyss, but i already fixed this problem like a year and a half ago, but thanx anyways,

  • @adrisan2006 then remove the video jackass

  • your 360 only needs the fan to keep it cool, the 360 dosnt really need it to work, it would be that you dont have your dvd drive pluged in

  • use external alimentateur

  • sell it it is jtag able make $

  • LOL u ran ur 360 for 1:52 secs with out a fan.... and u never felt how hot it was getting??!?!?!

  • lol i HAD the same tv

  • wtfs the point of all this?!

  • Geforce 3 SPOTTED! O_ O

Why the fuck do they have that in the xbox 360? o.o

(It's sitting their like a regular bus chip or some shit without a heatsink...same as I noticed in the original xbox....WTF!?)

  • we know you shit banned lol smiley face

  • your mother board is fucked mate

  • same with mine m8 u have blown the motherboard part to the fans they will no longer work anymore sorry best thing to do is to cuts the ends off a 12v charger of something and connect ur whisper fan to that its loud but ur xbox 360 will work hope this help m8....

  • hey i have the same issue and whet i did was that got a usb and plugged the fan into the usb and plugged it into the xbox i hoped this helped

  • DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!!

  • Or ship To Microsoft ?

  • You guys are noobs, you can plug fans in all you want when it's on.

  • Could find another source, there is a 12 volt source i found right in front of the gpu...

  • where do you get the fans

  • I feel very proud saying this: You're a dumbass for running a 360 for even that short amount of time without fans..They get very fucking hot very fast. Also, my answer to you is the converter that you have..another is DONT EVER PLUG THINGS IN WHILE IT IS OPERATING. This causes severe hardware conflicts. So, just turn it off, plug it in, then turn it on. If that doesn't work, just buy some stock fans man..

  • u fucked up shouldve just sent it in

  • i have the exact same tv lol

  • does ur stock fan work in it if it does then ur talismoons broke

  • Youve shorted the fuse on the mainboard i did exectly the same thing

Check my video out on how i sorted it

    :)

  • you messed them up you were suposed to put the ristricter adapter on first so it didnt burn up your fans those a 9 volts and xbox puts 12 volts they made it 9 so they would work harder with th ristricter srry man

  • If u connect the fan while is on you can burn your motherboard.

  • dude this is not very smart of you

1 ) you don't connect anything electrical to any mainboard wile its on let alone even connected to the power ... you don't want to end up like that dude from home alone 2

2 ) i hope you don't have xbox live because you started your 360 without the dvd drive plugged in ... MICROSFT WILL BAN YOUR ACCOUNT

3 ) next time read a few more tut's and watch a few more videos to make sure you know what you are doing .. i don't want to see you get electrocuted .

  • I started my xbox without the dvd, and I still got live access.

  • thats good to hear but dont start your 360 wile plugging things in its dangerous try plugging it in first then turn your 360 on if it still does not work then i recoment buying a new tailsmoon or sending it back to the vendor

also things to look for plug you old OEM fan in and trun your 360 on if the fans dont spin theres something up with your board but i doubt its that may just be a defective fan that has been sent to you or damaged by plugging it in wile your 360 was still on

  • I never plugged anything in while it was on, I just started it with the DVD disconnected. I have a talismoon whisper fan installed and it runs fine...

  • how (mostly WHY) the fuck will Microsoft ban his account if he doesn't have his DVD plugged in?

  • go to a electrical retailers such as maplins, radioshack ect. and get a 12v dc mains adapter and a vairiable resister (like on a dimmer switch) splice it all togeather. mount the resister on the case so you can easily turn it on when you power up the 360. leave it on low ish for dvds and marketplace ect then crank it up for gaming

  • Are you dumb? You cant connect a fan when the xbox is on! omg :P

  • Yes you can...

  • take another fan from a computer

  • haha

  • omg put on fans and restart XBOX

  • OMG DUDE U HAVE FUCKT YOUR XBOX

  • no, he simplely taken apart. it can easly be put back together.

  • buy a nyko fan to adapt to your 360 that will kinda keep your system cool

  • do not buy them they make your xbox have 13% chance of getting the rrod alot easier

  • you have a mosfet chip below where you connect your fan power labelled R3B16,there are 3 legs on the mosfet,if you bridge the left leg to the centre you will get 5 volts power, if you bridge the centre leg to the right leg you will get 12 volt.when your console runs games it increases the voltage up to 12 volts preventing the RROD.because this mosfet is blown you have no fan power..i would suggest you bridge the centre leg of your mosfet to the right leg giving you 12v cooling.

  • i wouldnt suggest the 5 volt mosfet bridging because while your playing games the fans dont run fast enough..the 12 volt might be too loud but at least it keeps your console nice and cool..i have ran many tests, even tried soldering resistors to the mosfet legs :)

  • true however there are other mans of colling i recomend that a if your technical try the water system cooling i put one into my xbox

  • Wtf ? What the fuck you doed ???

  • you turned the power on without a fan!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i can smell the processor cooking from here!

  • i have that same problem right now im stealing power from the dvd drive and grounding it on the case (but bad idea for dvd drive power tho)

  • well heres something out the fans back on put the cd/dvd drive back in and itl work :)

  • You are really stupid, you touch the hardware when its powered on :S

  • i had the same thing happen to one of my xboxs i do not on why it happened. i volt tested the three pins and they gice no power at all. wat i did was hoked up the fans to a 12 wall pull and and put a switch on the case to turn on and off. it is a little loud but it works

  • i think you shortened something. you should be wearing an anti static wrist band at least. dont connect it when console is on. you have the 3 pin connector not 4 like mine. you must have hdmi board. my 5 volt power just stopped working the other day. it shortened out, dont know why, i now have the whisper fans, im all set though cause i can use the cable supplied for 12 volts power to the fans. better than 5 volts anyways, only problem is it sounds like my 360 is gonna take off lol so loud.

  • buy a intercooler or make a usb fan if u need help the usb fan ill help you can u tell me where u brought the whipsper fans

  • this video is old and i already fixed it!!!!!11

i bought the whisper fans at a local store in my town if u really want them i can sell them 2 you~!!!!!!!!111

  • where did u buy your whisper max adrisan2006 whats the store called

  • how did you fix it? i am still having the same problem....

  • Then delete your lame video

  • damn, that doesn't sound like such a bad idea! i just need to figure out how to wire it.

  • please i need to make usb fans for my 360 to prevent from the rrod plzzzzzzzzz

  • Howbout you just wire it in to the DVD Drive 12v power. the to last wires closest to the back of the XBOX left is ground right is 12V. Power source

  • Omg he will be ban on xbox live if he loggin on xbox live now

  • NO!!!

  • Someone likes to blurt about shit they don't know about.

  • idk why but i dont like that model xbox. i had to fix an elite with rrod last night, and it was the same model. oh well.

  • its a siqn: DONT OPEN THE XBOX 360

  • Dont run your xbox without fans you will fry your cpu and gpu

  • @Madkillr05 as long as your dont overheat it, 1 or 2 mins without the fan wont hurt it.

  • yea dont worry all you have to do is:- do a little dance, make a little love and get down tonight and that problem should be gone in no time

  • lmao! love it, look on the bright side hes made the worlds quietest 360!, no fans, no dvd drive, no noise!...kinda no 360 lol =S

  • go on ebay and get one

  • i baught a talismoon fan that shorted out for mine the solder points on the fans to the moters ther shorted with solder that pissed me off i contacted talismoon and that didnt do anything for me i even sent them the fan i baught so thay could look at it

  • this happened to me too, all i did was re-solder the connection on the back side of the mother board... you might want to add some more solder just to make sure it stays.

  • same happened here. how do you fix?

  • my xbox now works and i bought a new tv

  • the + and - are not meeting together you may have to splice the wires to connect them. it may work thats how my xbox360 is working

  • dont put more load on the fans.. this will blow one of the resisters on the board there is a spot on the board you can put a 12 fan on its right by the reset i think but you will need to drill it out with a small SMALL bit.. like cirit board bit anyways i would do that

  • I dont know why Microsoft installed a fan right on the heatsink. This is just fucked up!

  • Your fan connector is installed incorrectly disconnect the fan from the cable and have both plastic tips face the right way.

  • you can do an externial power supply instead of the 360 only need a ac/dc 12v power adapter cut the wires and hook them up black and red is ground i believe thats the only other option

  • check the fan connector

  • are u sure the fan works

  • check and see if it works with the fans that came with the system......if not if u had it less then 30 days call the store u got it from and trade it in...thats what i did..they wont check and see if u took apart thell just give a new one

  • Always turn the power off & disconnect the power cable before doing this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • well there ae two options that you can do:

1- connect fans to dvd drive power(not recommended)

2- Hook fans up to an external 12 volt power supply and a potometer to control the fan speed.

  • buy a new tv and xbox 360 dick head

  • next time dumbass dont buy a fan that has a blue light ull just fuck ur system up

  • i have the blue wisperfan...and leds in my system it wont fuck it up...kid..

  • y did u even open ur xbox to brag to friends "oh guys i put lights in my xbox arnt i cool... ur fuckin dumb

  • Your a fucking dumb ass.

  • well when you leave the system on and you plug something in while the board is on you cause a power surge to that particular part of the board witch almost always fries it so your board is fucked

  • Asshole.

  • do your regular black m$ fans still work? Reply to me via messege I'll try and help you out

  • plz help me

  • Adrian Try to buy a little fan and put it behind/next to da console c if it works!!..lol
