Windbelt Generator Demo

Hello,

me and 2 other persons of my class are making the windbelt. It's a work for school. We placed 2 magnets on the tape, and placed an inductor above, and one under it. So the magnets go up and down in the inductors. But we havent enough voltage. We cant even light up a LED of 0.6V. How do you generate your electricity? It looks so different And how much voltage do you have?

@fosh1991 I can't remember exactly now, but I believe we used an audio transformer from radioshack to pump up the voltage.

can i use any kind of "tape" like the yellow that u use?

Its like a nylon woven strap.
