A few years ago, I was forced to reduce the number of dogs I had, because of being over the limit of 6. I was fined $300 by the City. To think that I had taken in animals and given them a loving home, only to have them go to an animal shelter that kills animals. I was under the impression it was a no kill shelter. This needs to get national attention and be resolved!!!!!!!!
