Wow. WCW was a joke, Do they think that we are all blind? The "Stage" as the annoucer called it bounced pretty good and when Kidman got thrown off, he didnt even try to break his fall, which tells me that he knew that the fall would not hurt, which then implies the fact of a foam pad like somebody else stated. Never any need for this kind of match. I can understand a Hell in a Cell. I can understand a TLC. At least there's a ring and the added element. A scaffold match only serves to put wrestlers lives in danger. I hope one never happens again.

@Semcool92F5 In a lot of scaffold matches that would be true, but in this case they had the stage so gimmicked that it was probably akin to landing on a firm mattress. I don't mind them taking precautions for the wrestlers, but that was a bit ridiculous.

Paying back the fans in attendance wouldn't have been too hard. How many fans did WCW have attending at this point in time? 3000 or 4000 people in 10,000 seat venues. It's such a shame that 1999 to 2001 WCW had such a bad game plan. There were so many talented guys on the roster.
