Okay. Before anyone says anything else? Blind Guardian doesn't have a cult fanbase. The reason they aren't as big in North America is because they are huge in Europe, and the north american music industries, to protect itself doesn't allow anyone to play this stuff in North America. So you have bands like Slipknot who are 'huge' in north america and nowhere else. Just because it's big in America doesn't make it good elsewhere. Most bands coming out of here can't make it world wide. For a reason.

ever notice how in slipknot videos theres groups of people who are either lovin or hatin, but in blind guardian vids everyone's on the same page regarding BG's greatness. I feel a lot of comradory on these pages.

@dlangables I think that has to do more with the fact that slipknot has a much larger fanbase than Blind Guardian. I don't mean to insult them, but Blind Guardian more of a cult-like fanbase (not particularly a bad thing, I like BG better than slipknot). so anyone who searches these vids probably already likes them. However, slipknot has more publicity, and thus more people have heard of them, so more people will look up there music, regardless of weather they like it or not. my theory at least
