  • This was premeditated entrapment by a spoiled teenager who violated the family trust. Society has created the acceptance of this.

She probably would have taken her spanking like a man if she didn't have the camera rolling. I'm sure she knew how to push his buttons to make this out to be as bad as it could be.

And Dad may have been influenced by his job; "How can he convict others when his own daughter is breaking the legal system?". That puts him in a tough spot.

  • I love the Murray Rothbard quote! Also, I love the new format, keep up the good work Adam!

  • Keep up the good work Adam ! start the revolution and the war against DEBT !!!!

    greetings from Holland ,Europa

  • That judge needs a goddam beating himself, attrocious behaviour what an animal, mental case - maybe highly obsessive compulsive personality disorder mixed with sociopathy, now the girl is likely to suffer psychological illness as well.Cameras everywhere i always assume im being watched doesnt matter where you are.

  • I love that now that your not on RT, you can take your medicine before the show!

  • The production on your show is fantastic Adam, probably the best independent show I've seen on Youtube.

  • Adam you should come down here to L.A. and speak to me on anthropogenic climate change. And no, I am not a socialism idealist on the incorporation of greener technologies; I look at it and the rest of this world in practical matters.

And no this "pale blue dot" does not need to be saved, it is those inhabiting it that need to be protected from their own stupidity.

Our government couldn't possibly take on the responsibility of turning us "green" and it will be up to those in the free market.

  • why no post?

  • Adam, I love your program and personally don't mind the language, but if you're looking to eventually get a professional journalist gig, you may want to stop dropping the f-bombs... unless you just plan on being on YouTube.

  • Woooooo! Adam Vs The Man Is Back Woooooo!

  • @AdamKokesh Will you investigate the incident at Occupy DC over the weekend where a motorist hit 3 protesters near the DC Convention Center? Motorist & witnesses say the protesters rushed his car. Protesters say motorist plowed into them as they blocked the intersection.

  • @whatthedormousesaid Its important to be aware of various 'Cointelpro' set ups and dirty tricks and also unique individuals who may opportunely seek violence or to create intentional influences on outcomes, outside of randomness.

  • I like your take on "climate change."

  • To suggest Hilary Adams got off easily to a truly despicable.

  • @WORKERSANDDREAMERS he was being intentionally provocative to make a valid point

  • This is officially the only show i watch religiously... Love you Adam! Keep up the good work!

  • this guy is a tool... i wouldn't want OWS to be about just one thing, is there only one thing wrong with big government or to big to fail corporations. I think the answer you're looking for is... NO.

  • @deputydog2 I Agree .....Plenty of issues...But only Ideas will survive

  • @deputydog2

I agreeeeeee, we should have the OWS movement be about protesting 12 different things, that's worked out so far!!!

    Right?

    Hello?

  • @RandomShellAccount

OWS doesn't need to work in the way you think it should, A protest proliferates organically. OWS is a proprietary movement through out the world I don't see stagnation I see passion for ideas and beliefs with this movement. you can always get behind passion ideas and that passion is the movement itself.

  • The Gods help those who help themselves comes from Aesop's Fables. The bible preaches the exact opposite.

  • You are kidding me, do people not even know how to read latin? "E Pluribus Unum"- One out of MANY. It has jack shit to do with "In God We Trust". For the "Climate Change" (Global)...duh, the system reboot is coming...they have to have a good "taxation" system, and they have to use the base renaming conventions. Adam, if I was rich...well, "if's" are like hope, shit and having two hands, hope in one, shit in the other, tell me which one fills up faster.

  • Yeah Adam, I'll come and help you out in 2 years when I'm out of the Air force. I'm already 4 years into my enlistment.

I got some some skills, I suppose.

By then you might be a congressman, so you'll have enough resources - if that's the case.

  • Every other planet in the solar system with a climate has climate change. I think there's *some* truth in man made climate change - the eagerness to somehow generate revenue through taxing this seems to be disproportionate. I'm all for sustainability and this is something we must strive for but I believe we need carrots rather than sticks.

  • I don't give a shit what colour Obama is - it's irrelevant - he's a liar and that's what he should be judged on.

  • The jury is NOT out on anthropmorphic climate change. The highest concentration of carbon dioxide is in the Chinese Gobi desert, where human population is exactly ZERO persons.

  • oh and tom woods to sorry adam i almost forgot about him

  • hey adam could you have guests like judge andrew napolitano, jack hunter, Bruce Fein these gentlemen are very wonderful teachers and i can never get tired for hours upon hours of them speaking, and we all do need more of a crash course teaching about what our republic is suppose to be about *damn John Maynard Keynes economics being taught in grade schools for so long*....

  • Adam, that was Black Bloc that jacked up Whole Foods. They have no stake in OWS or any legitimate political movement; Black Bloc would show up at a baby shower if there were widows to break and property to vandalize. They're cowards who hide in crowds to perpetrate their own brand of chaos.

  • You can expect a donation from me too!, love your show bro!

  • Message of the day: "Don't FUCK with my wholefoods!" Great vid Adam!

  • Climate change? I am still waiting to use my board shorts and sunscreen. It's freezing. Stupid Al Gore, I knew I should have bought a sweater.

  • Adam these are great.

But you may want to cut them into 3 minute segments, for the attention challenged, ADHD audience (like myself).

  • In the description of the video, the daughter stated she was downloading media that was not available for sale. It is my understanding that, under some circumstances (example - Japanese Anime that is only sold in Japan), this is not illegal

  • God helps those who help themselves-----God help those who get caught helping themselves.

  • sometimes i wish you would not spend so much time hating on the ows kids. they are just confused man...

  • You're doing such a fantastic job, Adam. Congrats. I know it's you vs. the man, but you're the man, dude. :)

  • <3

  • don't forget Kissinger was originally supposed to be the chief of the 9/11 commission but was rejected by victims' family members

  • Great show :) – and I love that you put in a Rothbard quote at the end!

  • I thought the occupy protests were upset that the market is NOT a free market and our gov can choose the winners and losers. Oh, I see now, we should only listen to people who have jobs and the 50,000+ protesters who shut down the port are obviously vagrant trash. How dare they go against our crony system. CRONYISM RULES!!!

  • @asalamulekum I'm not sure where you are coming from. The Occupy folks are for the most part extremely pro-government, anti-business. They are extremely anti free market. Go read their web sites and see for yourself. Adam pointing this out does not mean that he supports 'crony' capitalism.

  • @Panpiper What websites are you referring to? I'm looking at alternative news sites that actually have reporters go down to the protest. Anyone can make a website to try to co-opt the movement. Follow The Young Turks or RT America and u will see it is mostly directed at the banks and police brutality. Adam seems to want to throw a blanket over the movement as big government loving socialist, I don't see that at all and neither does Ron Paul according to his comments about the movement.

  • @asalamulekum Check out occupywallst [dot] org

  • Lol, how many people do you hav3 helping you with this?

  • @LMGunslinger Thousands. But I do the actual production myself.

  • @AdamKokesh

    werd!

  • Thanks for putting me (svpvd) on your show

  • I believe our focus on climate change will quickly move towards the problems created by our growing population vs current food production. The 7 billionth human was met this world with a mixed welcome. Your Thoughts?

  • @Pkerce We have the means to easily feed all the people on the planet. Hunger is not a result of lack of food production, but the result of such grossly incompetent interference in the market, that such desperately poor people cannot find adequate work and the food cannot reach them at a reasonable price. If the world were a free market, such people would be a resource for labor intensive industries, whose owners would make greater profits from them being well fed.

  • Isn't that what Lieberman did ?

Got voted out , then slidered his way back in under a different party ....

  • Hi Adam, I'm Jon. Great show. I just wanted to ask why do you state yourself as a patriot? You love your country and all but what about others. Isn't being a patriot obstruct your ideas about equality and freedom for all. Not necessarily, but i believe its a negative thing to be a patriot as it creates a discrimination to some level also it's the main tool fascism.

  • The OWS group needs to watch "The Secret of OZ"

  • Adam could you come to Alaska. Greetings from Alaska

  • i have to say your're one of the only places i look to for wall street w/e the fuck they wanna call them selves "movement" keep up the good work

  • Sorry Adam but beating his daughter senseless is not a call for "judgment". Yeah she got caught stealing music and games on the net. The best way to do is take away her computer until she turns 18 and out of the house. She has been beaten also for other things for no apparent reason. I never understand people and their logic.

  • Obama is just listening to AIPAC,PINAC, and the ADL. That is why they are truly invading brown people territories.

  • thank u

  • So what happened to Ryan Dawson interview?

  • Comment removed

  • I liked your stand for dancing in public and lemonade sales.

Your opposition to OWS as "Liberal = bad" is a result of your bad conditioning.

The false LEFT / RIGHT paradigm has YOU. I'm sorry. The paradigm is a patsy.

    Is Kissinger Left or Right?

He is criminal. Sugar or salt do not negate poison.

  • Comment removed

  • @StratusBlue You have the right idea, the Left/Right paradigm is nothing but a farce to control and direct the masses using tribal instinct, but believe me when I say that Adam understands that, and is not stuck in it. Liberal is just a quick and easy way to describe people that want to use violence (via the government) to force other people to do what the 'Liberal' believes is the 'Right' & 'Just' thing to do. . .

  • @StratusBlue . . . Adam follows the Non-Aggression principle, which is that it is always morally wrong to initiate violence against another person. Always. Without Exception. Even if that violence is being used for some good intention, like stealing from one group of people, to help another group of people pay for: food, rent, energy, tuition, or whatever subsidy that you can think of. Negotiation and mutual consent is always preferable to transfer by violence or threat of violence.

  • I am a little tired myself of the black bloc vandalizing private property. Why don't they grow a pair and go after government institutions?

  • @8yerbrain because they're idiots.

  • Who cares what he does- we have a black president! *facepalm*

  • Fuck you Adam you belittle all wall street protesters as lacking issues for protest. There are multiple issues, the wars, crony capitalism, etc etc and just because not everyone can articulate it at the precise moment doesn't mean they don't exist and if everything is so perfect why are you on here bitching you blotead head invalid.

  • @wasy35 Fuck you sheep-person for decrying Adam's accurate portrayal of the farce that is the OCW movement which is akin to a ship without a rudder. Read Rothbard's quote again.

  • Good show, Adam! I think you handled the Unjust Judge well.

  • I can't believe I'm saying this but I kinda miss Neocon-Nancy

  • Remember remember the 5th of November.

  • It's dangerous to raise a kid without beating them... they might turn out emotionally healthy and develop critical thinking skills... then they'll realise what a dumbass you are.

  • @snagillim Snag! You've never raised kids! You know nothing!

  • @tomperanteau

Failed argument! I've never built a nuclear bomb, so does that mean I can't know it is a bad idea to set one off in a populated area? Come on, this argument gets so tired. It assumes that the only knowledge that exists comes from experience. And this is just not true otherwise progress would never move forward and Newton would never have made his famous quote regarding giants and their supportive shoulders.

  • @snagillim

I love your comment. Love it more that you are getting so many thumbs up.

  • i hope she wasn't beaten for those free games and free music you are allowed to download legally. amazingly away from torrents almost every download is 100 percent legal

  • I wish more people who wave the flag of anarcho-capitalism and all of the minarchist libertarian types of thought would stop looking for conspiracies like "global socialist schemes" and whatnot. There are plenty of real monsters walking around, no need to go looking for the boogie man.

  • @snagillim I think that's part of the point I was trying to make. Well said.

  • Omg @AdamKokesh responded to my comment. *heart flutters* haha. BTW I love your show and i one day hope to be suplexed by a cop for exercising civil dancobedience.

  • this guy should be a teacher. finally a person with dense statements and details which are supported by pure evidence and common sense.

  • @MaxFlared I am a teacher. ;)

  • I think you are getting a bizziliardillion times better at this presenting thing Adam. Bravo. I will now donate to you.

  • @scrufduf Thanks! I will keep working on this presenting thing with your help!

  • fuck that judge

  • It pisses me off when people say something like, "I'm proud that we have a black president" sure, I thought it was cool too, but that doesn't mean you should turn a blind eye to every bad decision he makes.

So we have a black president, ok, that's great, now get the fuck over it already and pay attention to what he's been doing to our country.

I hate how stupid these people are.

Black, White, Dem, Rep, It doesn't matter what their label or skin color is, what matters is what they do.

  • Comment removed

  • @mesmokumpeacepipe Well the problem is we have con artists(Media and politicans) and the morons(the mindless ones). The con artists puts the morons on TV and hold rallies for the morons to attend. They fill their heads with this black white silliness and send them out in to the world to spread this non sense. haha. I laughed at the first black president thing too. This not golf or a country club. haha This is Man has to make choices for really the whole world and color is not the issue.

  • @WhenDreamsTouchFire i don't think the government has anything to do with it, its just abusive parents...

  • Omfg... That judge! SICK!

  • why the fuck does any adult beat a child,i dont get it.

  • @18wheeler76 its called operant conditioning, they(the adults) associate negative stimuli when the child does something "wrong" so the next time they try and do that wrong action, they may fear of the result and not do it anymore

  • @Theethruth im not in that line. i have 2 kids and have never had to beat them with a bely, tire iron, wire hanger, or even brass knuckles and now 1 child is a recruiter for the air force and the other is a business owner on her own and single. you must trust the quallity of their upbringing and dont sweat the small shit.

  • @chad00023 i know i was just explaining how it works because you asked why =D, even in operant conditioning using positive stimuli when they do a good thing is better then using negative when they do something bad,

a parent should never have to use weapons to beat there kids. i did get beat occasionally as i child but never with a weapon, culture is an important thing . its normal to have your parents beat you in where i lived, even the teachers beat bad students. this judge is a redneck...

  • @Theethruth roger that and sorry if i missunderstood. sometimes i read all comments and see the confusion in the room and do get shit off if you will. thank for your very polite and reasonable reply.

  • @Theethruth thanks for reply you are very well informed and i thank you much friend

  • Not all the occupy movements are bad so to say, as in they vary in different localities. in pa, and in my native stroudsburg, we have more ron paul supporters than anything else, and we are a bit more organized and have actual things to say, and rather than just sitting around 24/7, we go out once or twice a week, just raising awareness of those on the streets on matters such as what the federal reserve is.

  • the dismal science...i love it

  • i wanna see you interview some former marines / military people like your self and what there views on OWS, Obama, and other stuff related to your show are

  • a cop pulling over a cop lol fucking awesome

  • i dont know if ows is on the right mission or not but im a believer in taxes as the gov. dose have some uses , such as health care and police, (if there arresting the right people) but when large corporations get out of paying taxes through a loophole cause they have friends in gov. thats a different story

  • I am enjoying this so much more without that annoying thing with the tie. Thank you sooooo much for losing the tie.

  • The occupy movement is an opportunity for people to learn from each other. The only reason liberal ideas may be predominant in these events is because there are not enough well educated conservitives who are willing to take their time to go out and lead and enlighten the groups. I think calling them irresponsible is an overstatement. Our educational system does not teach the way economics function in our system because their would be open revolt.

  • @grecorivera I transferred all the cash I could.

See my channel for the trailer and the link is in it’s description.

Watch “How To Rob A Bank” at UmotionS.com

  • Well Adam, If YOU were properly charged and IMPRISONED for the pistol you unlawfully brought back from Iraq, then I could sympathize with your opinion on whipping that girl, but in this case, you are a massive hypocrite. I look forward to your proper prosecution for violating our federal laws.

  • @politicalprisoner2 If the constitution in spirit and in written form state clearly that the federal government can not infringe on the right to keep and bear arms, then doesn't that negate any law post facto, especially without an amendment. Keep licking those boots good sir...not enough shine.

  • LMAO!!!! pro-Obama occupation movement, OF Obamaviles thats good stuff. And the reason he calls them Obamaviles and puts the blame of joblessness of the people on Obama is becuase Obama promised jobs! and its not even that he promised jobs its that he could've done something about the crapy economy and joblessness but instead gave us Obamacare? And bailed out the banks? Sorry friend although i know he is not 100% to blame HE was in position to do something about it and didn't! HENS OBAMAVILES!!!

  • Library, Oo-rah!!

  • I'm thirsty for libertea.

  • I'm impressed. Adam, you have the exact same "opinion" on climate change as I do. It seems like the more I listen to you, the more I find we agree on. I don't like to call it an opinion as it's a position based on the fact that climate change "science" has been wrong countless times in the recent past, as well as many other things.

  • bro you said some real shit about the devils.. i mean police. they're are people that do 20 25 years only to be exonerrated by dna later.that's kidnapping. word for word. you hit it on the head. and they never think of locking up false witnesses, or the prosecuting attorney, or arresting officer. how is that blind justice? cop killers get death, killer cops get rewarded. how is murder wrong but then we punish for murder with murder?

  • My new favorite channel!!!! thumbs up everyday!!!

  • Fukin awsome Adam. Class act.

  • ...and a whole foods! WHAT> THE> FUCK.

  • +1 for a Murray Rothbard quote!

  • @rumco +2 for a Rothbardian quote!

  • I'll help you with video edits and whatnot for free.. at least until you can pay me, and I can quit work :)

  • Youve gotta make those bangs quieter, i nearly shit myself every time one happens

  • Music is way too loud bro

  • So if its ok for a democrat to start war. I wonder if its ok for a republican to raise taxes and redistribute wealth?

  • @MandragGanon To late...Already been done.

  • I don't get how you can mock OWS 'protesters' on their ignorance of economics and then--while you were more rational than some people I've seen---spout your own sceintific ignorance in regards to global warming. The idea of " saving the planet" is not that we're saving it from anything that is naturally occurring, but preventing global disasters that arise from man-caused/rapid climate change. This is very real. The jury, *cough, cough* THE SCIENTISTS/CLIMATOLOGISTS came to a consenus years ago.

  • @geragna All mocking aside, even (if) global warming could bring SCIENTISTS/CLIMATOLOGISTS to a CONSENSUS. How in Sam-hell is charging/stealing footprint taxes and charging farmers for cow-farts etc.etc. etc. going to solve such a complex problem. Keeping in mind all these charges/taxes/regulations/bribes/theft are going to come back to bite you in the ass trying to get at your wallet.

  • @cowboy1165 Though Methane is a very strong green-house gas, I don't think farmers should be taxed for the naturally occurring gases that their livestock produce. They have no control over that. It's strange that any legislation of that sort would be passed and it should be repealed immediately. Certain regulations are very important though because certain carcinogens (even a very small amount) can greatly affect everyone that comes in-contact with it, wether it be in the air, ground or water.

  • @cowboy1165 *Ment carcinogens and chemical toxins*

  • @geragna

So when scientist come to a 'consensus' then it must be true. Do you really believe that? Are you serious? If the majority of the scientist agree on an specific hypothesis than it must necessarily be true? Because they are in a majority?

And some lone scientist that believes to have better data or has reasonable grounds for doubting the hypothesis must necessarily be wrong because he is in the minority?

There are people alive in 2011 that believe that? Absolutely amazing!

  • @Hawk999 You don't understand why I mentioned that in my comment so I guess I'll explain it to you. Mr. Kokesh stated that he believes that "...the jury is still out" in regards to to the current claims of climate change and man's contribution to climate change. A scientific consensus represents the the scientific community's understanding of the currently available data. If you believe that the data is incorrect, then conduct your own research to correct it.

    Got any other strawman arguements?

  • @geragna No, you don't understand the scientific process. A 'scientific consensus' is meaningless. It is only the majority opinion and, that means nothing in science!

Scientific reasoning is done by formulating a hypothesis, testing it, writing a paper about it in a peer reviewed journal. Even the process of peer review testing does not work by means of a consensus. Every scientist individually will test the hypothesis and audits the test results himself. Got any other fallacies?

  • @Hawk999 I agree with you about the "scientific consensus". It doesn't mean it's correct, factual or accurate. It only means that is the majority opinion, and the majority can be wrong.

  • @Hawk999 Yes, agreed. A consensus represents what the the mainstream scientific community's understanding of the currently available data. This is what I previously said. It doesn't make it true or change what the data shows. A consensus just shows that they agree with this theory of climate change, it's cause, and the potential results from it. Kokesh stated that there has not been consensus, that is why I mentioned it.

Why did you even reply without trying to refute me? Fucking echo-chamber.

  • @Hawk999 Two straw-mans down... Anymore? You could just try arguing against the points I actually make, instead of just making up your own and then claiming or implying that I said it. It's not that difficult, mate. Honesty is necessary in having a discussion. Try to use it.

  • Judges are unworthy to judge anybody, all of em

  • I think they were agent provocateurs, not anarchists

  • @MadXMax187 that's the talk of OWS hippies that lost control of a halfassed revolution & still want the credit for revolting

  • God damn Facist liberal commie right-winged terrorist Al-Qaeda Osama bin Lovin radical supremist, POWER TO THE BLACK MAN.

    P.S. I love you Adam

  • @AdamKokesh- Once again man, great episode (can we still call them that...?) Loving the new format. Selfishly, of course I'd like to see for and longer ones, but the mere existence of your show and it's continuation is more than enough for now! Would also like to officially volunteer in any real way I may be able to help with...(that is, since I have no funds currently!) Thanks for trying to keep things even. S.N.-You should do a segment on the bureaucratic class...

  • That lady is the first cop I have seen in years that I actually like. Genuine beleif in equality before the law is so rare, she should be given a medal.

  • @jwhitenstall I totally agree with you, but you do know she is going to get spanked by the "union" don't you?

I hope Adam can interview her (even if by phone) for one of his shows.

    Hint hint Adam!

  • Glad I saw the whole video instead of just ranting on the first minute where you said the judge is "fit for his role". I suggest everyone does the same.

  • Um lefty anarchists as you call them are proper anarchists seeing as they cough invented anarchism.... anarcho capitalism is the new kid on the block and of course uses a dictionary definition of anarchism rather than an ideological one as in mutual aid, collective ownership of production and so on

  • "anthropo whatever the fuck" lol cant stop laughing...

  • Of course, climate change exists. First it confused Al Gore, than scientists. It's always cold, hot, warm, cool, hot, cold, cool, warm, cold, warm, hot, cool, rain, snow, snow, rain.... Try not to be confused.

  • @eugenemaslov So your saying it's warm, cool, hot, cold, cold, warm, hot, cool, rain, snow, snow, rain? Wait...Never mind...Support climate change, and the slaughter of Polar Gore's!!... Or not!!

  • I was going to post that same quote by Rothbard. Awesome.

  • @Goodatconnect4 I had thought of that quote as well, just before he mentioned it - haha. Rothbard - genius!!

  • @zalida100 Same here. I agree.

  • Did that guy just cite Simon and Garfunkel as the bible?

  • science get politicized because it works and is the best way to understand the facts about the natural world and our place in it. those who aren't scientifically inclined are then up for grabs to be swayed and controlled into believing in politics and opinion rather than facts. anthropomorphic climate change is real. oh, and economics IS a dismal science, as is political 'science'. until that changes, adam, we are on different planets of inquiry.

  • @metusStaurus "Anthropomorphic climate change is real." Yes, but to what degree? Any scientist who says he 'knows' the answer to that is lying or engaging in politics. The glaciers were receding 200 years ago, long before human agency could have had effect. Grapes were growing in England in Roman times. We went through a 'little ice age' between 1550 and 1850. The climate changes a LOT, irrespective of human agency.

  • @Panpiper However, it is the duty and responsibility of a skilled scientist to prevent extraneous variables outside man-induced climate change and come to a more accurate answer. It is irresponsible and ignorant to say that human agency is irrespective of climate change, considering we are not simply benign fishes, insects or your typical mammal. this isn't arrogance, this is fact. and what the facts lay out are irrespective of your poorly researched position.

  • @metusStaurus I am not saying that human agency has no effect. However any scientist who says that they have eliminated all non-human variables is lying or is a fool. That addresses the first point libertarians need to make regarding climate change. The other is that the best tool we have to addressing the problem is in fact, simply the market, left alone to do it's job with prices. IE: Peak oil is not a problem, it is the solution to any anthropogenic climate change.

  • I think you are missing the point in the occupy movement. I do understand that the bast mayority is ignorant to certain aspects of the protest. But the most important aspect of the occupy movement cant be shadowed, not even by ignorance. That is the awareness. This has made people question if their leaders actually work towards a better standart of living and overall peace.

  • Adam i thought you against using force on people and you say beating the crap out of a teenage girl for downloading games and music is right? I'm sorry but you can be very hypocritical sometimes. Thats not right, and neither are you.

  • @maxmatt4 He was against it... right?

  • with all due respect tonyteb, I've suffered far worse including having my head put through a window and permanent nerve damage from my ex husband, but even I see this as a beating. If you've had worse and dont see the abuse here, I highly suggest you get some help.

  • I bet people would be willing to volunteer to help out the show. You might not have to hire anyone!

  • that aint no beating i used to pray for the belt give me a break these kids dont know what a beating is

  • ADAM! I agree with many of your ideas, but I take HUGE issue with your assertion that William Adams is fit to be a judge. You are WRONG, 100% wrong. You justify he is because what she did is illegal. What you fail to acknowledge is his actions are also illegal. His judgement is not fit, not legal, not moral. Yes she deserved punishment, but not that kind.

  • @angimomma Watch the video again. He didn't say he is fit to be a judge. He said he is perfectly fit to be a judge in our current legal system which beats people into submission for same kind of 'crimes'. So what Adam meant is that he (the judge) was doing exactly same thing what our current legal system is doing, which is also not moral. She did not deserve a punishment at all, not from her father or the legal system.

  • @KvalnirFox Regardless of Adams phrasing, he's responding to hers, which said and I quote "Judge William Adams is not fit to be anywhere near the law system if he can't even exercise fit judgement as a parent himself." The whole point is justice, not the current state of the legal system. And to assert jail is somehow worse? That really is subjective, and unless you've actually suffered abuse, you cant really say it isnt as bad as it looks, or as bad as prison. Abuse is a prison unto itself
