  • He is doing some sort of pull down with a rope at the beginning of this video. What is he actually training with that exercise? Is he hitting rear delts? Is this merely the end of a back routine (lats) that he finished prior to hitting delts? Does any KNOWLEDGABLE person KNOW if that exercise has anything to do with delts or just shoulders in general? Thanks.

  • @JaquelynChan they work lats, so i have no idea why hes doing them on a shoulder day except that it might be used to warm them up
